Great with tofu…the sausage in the sauce makes it taste meaty, but it’s still light.

I like the taste. You are definitely not getting a bowl of full-on Jambalaya, but it is a good addition to the Boloco menu. There is neve enough sausage. Yum !

I liked the flavors of the Bayou Burrito. I agree that it could be spicier (OK yes, I still miss the Yucatan)

I love your stuff, but frankly I didn’t like the Bayou burrito at all. It was too messy, and really didn’t have much flavor in my opinion. Keep up thinking up new things; that is a strength for Boloco. But for me, this one doesn’t cut it.
