We would love to be able to sell organic rice and veggies but at this point the cost to do that would require us to sell a burrito for around $10, and it would likely be a challenge to get our customers to shell out that much, no matter how good the ingredients might be. I am in the process of working out a deal with a local farm that may be able to get us some organic produce for a limited time. It's not easy to source local, organic items, considering how many restaurants we have and the usage. I will keep you posted on our efforts.
