Boloco Chips Good for Nachos

While we’d love to serve nachos in our restaurants, we don’t currently have a really good, clean, efficient way to melt the cheese over the tortilla chips (we don’t have microwaves or top-down toasters, and ovens would take too long and probably melt our bowls, too).
That said, Lynda McGuirk, “Boston Easy Meals Examiner” on examiner.com, came up with a really easy looking DIY-nachos recipe using our under-two-dollars chips and salsa combo.
