I want to take a minute to tell you how incredible the team at the Longwood location is. I eat breakfast or lunch there a few times per week and everyone who works there is incredible. They are fast, prompt, polite and friendly. It’s a pleasure to be served by Carol, Marcela, Sharmila, Rajiv, Valery (Vimal and Katherine back in the day also), and many others whose names escape me at present. Occasionally I will bring a colleague there for an informal lunch and they are always impressed by the service and ask me if I am a shareholder or part owner since the team treats me so well. I know that I perhaps get special treatment because I am a regular customer, but I also recognize that it’s because you have assembled a great bunch of hardworking and competent people who like what they do and do it well.
There are a number of lunch options in the area, including a Chipotle, but nowhere is the dining experience so nice as a lunch at the Longwood Boloco where the food is great and the people are so very nice.
I have been to other locations and have not always had the same pleasant experience. The food may be the same but the service is lackluster and laggish (or one time a location was closed despite the door and the website saying it was open at the time).
Thanks for serving the hospital area so well by staffing this location with great folks!
