Burlington rocks and we couldn’t help but want to open a Boloco there years before we actually were able to. Church Street is like a frosty Rodeo Drive, a Newbury Street of the North. We thought we were pretty forward-thinking “green” people until we opened in the Green Mountain State… we’ve got a long way to go, but we’re learning quickly.
