Seems we like flowers at Boloco. Just like Boloco School Street (#16) and Boloco on the Boston Common (#15), this location was formerly a flower shop. Hardly another “Baby Boloco,” at over 3,000 square feet, this location has everything you’ve come to know (and hopefully love) about boloco… exposed brick, bamboo, composting, Sean Boyce artwork and prints for sale, flat-screen TVs, and, of course, comfy seating, but why stop there? Boloco #17 is full of firsts – including the downstairs “Winston Lounge” (paying homage to our predecessors with their original sign and massive slate counter tops as our community tables), two serving lines (so you can get your burritos super fast), digital menu boards (that allow us to more easily introduce new inspired recipes), self-order kiosks that even accept Boloco Cards, all-natural Boylan fountain soda made from cane sugar, and large French windows opening to killer views of Copley Square and the tallest building in Boston, the Hancock Tower. We’re looking forward to feeding thousands of guests per week, our most ambitious effort yet. After hearing the hunger pangs from boloco fans in the area, we knew something had to be done… hence, we give you Boloco Copley.
