Harvard Square is the holy grail of restaurant locations. We prayed nightly for a Harvard location. And our prayers came true… in what was once the infamous Elsie’s sandwich shop. The Cambridge community didn’t let us down. We learned that small spaces, and still to this day our smallest restaurant, can be pretty special. 700 guests a day crank through this tiny store when all things are chugging. With Mexican-only burrito competitors now on every corner of the Square, more than ever our variety of delicious, globally-inspired flavors, portion sizes and nutritional options make Boloco one-of-a-kind – just like the Square and just like Harvard.
